    Do not use this company

    Completely ruined my washing machine, promised cash back if they couldn’t fix it then denied even though I had a text to prove it. Decided to change the thermostat, by doing that they ruined the motherboard and it was then deemed irreparable .. cost me a total of £700 in the end. Bunch of cowboys

    Dishwasher troubleshoot and fix

    Tenant reported dishwasher not working on Wednesday , Mohamed had someone onsite and the problem fixed (drain blocked with residue) on Friday morning. Top job

    I have just cancelled as I have been let down by them saying they had not received the address before the time specified but I know it was provided and that check a trade confirmed it had been supplied. I have now lost a whole day and the food will now be lost as I thought it would be resolved today.
