The men that came had limited English and did not seem to understand the problem- electrics tripping. They checked all the appliances- even though we told them we had done that, all the appliances were working properly, and the electrics tripped even when nothing but the WiFi was plugged in. He then swapped the plugs around to the washing machine and fridge freezer and told us the electrics were working. We questioned this, but he didn’t seem to understand. The electrics are still tripping and the company have not got back to me despite several emails.

I'm not usually the type of person to leave reviews, but they truly deserve this one. Our American fridge/freezer suddenly stopped cooling, and the food was starting to go bad. I called this company, and to be honest, the technician who came was extremely hardworking. He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the PCB, and now our fridge is working perfectly again.

Gave me a reasonable quote and did the job on the day. Well experienced electrician.
