The engineer came to fix my washing machine was very professional he was struggling with english but get my problem solved so i am happy- definitely recommended

My fridge was not cooling the the guy came on same day and refill the gas and charged me reasonably

The boss told me over the phone that a replacement compressor would cost me £100 and talked me into letting the engineers come to have a look. The engineers came late & didn’t apologise. This wasn’t an urgent job but they still charged £60 to come give a quote. They didn’t know what was wrong so while they were looking at the fridge they were on the phone asking someone else’s opinion. I was then quoted £250 plus labour as well as £60 I had already paid. Which is a long way off what he originally quoted. They did however try to get me to go to the showroom to buy a replacement appliance.

The Engineer came same day for my washer dryer - Dryer was not working The engineer was really friendly and professional and they sort out the problem for me . Highly recommended

They came and the machine worked 2 times after they left then had exactly the same problem as before shortly after. I have messaged and asked for help or an opinion and I have been ignored. They were incredibly responsive to get me booked in but absolutely terrible when advised it hasn’t rectified the problem
