engineer checked machine throughly,provided good advice.

Despite the instructions saying the cooker was easy to install it wasn't. The engineer was patient and he did an excellent job installing the cooker. Would reco.mend.

Very thorough explanation of the problem and how to manage a broken fridge in the short term. Engineer explained that it would be cheaper to get a new fridge than attempt to fix the problem.

My dishwasher was not working. Inspection was carried out to confirm that the machine was beyond repair. On-site communication could have done better as I struggled slightly to understand the engineer.
