  Deep clean properly clean

  We booked the company to do a deep clean on a new property that we are moving into the service was excellent. The Cleaning was immaculate and care was taken to reach the hard to reach places too. I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning service. Thank you 🙏

  Excellent end of tenancy clean, 10/10

  Excellent service. This was a last-minute arrangement and Connie was extremely helpful, professional and flexible in getting everything organised. Murphy and his team were fantastic. Very professional, friendly and clearly experienced. They cleaned the flat from top to bottom with great attention to detail, including areas you would not normally even think about, such as edges, corners and skirting boards. The oven cleaning was amazing, and the carpets, bathrooms, kitchen and everything else were done beautifully. Really impressed! Thanks guys

  They are very professional and does their job perfectly OK

  London cleaning firm are so professional with their work, they are time conscious. And the staffs are very friendly ,will recomend their service to anyone who needs it. My house is now back to life.

  End of tenancy clean

  I had an end of tenancy cleaning in the 2 bedroom flat. Murphy was active in communication. However the job was not done to a professional degree with many spots overlooked without my input. They also don't refund your booking deposit. I would not recommend this company as it caused me stress worrying about the leftover stains and missed areas of the flat. They also charged more than they quoted as they claimed the flat was "too dirty" which they failed to clean as well. If you wish to asked them to come again to rectify their work, they will charge you.

  We are sorry you had this experience. We spoke on the phone after you certified the job & we left. I proposed returning to the property & sending our staff over immediately. We spoke to your landlord who confirmed there was no need to revisit. You had changed the description of tasks & we explained were extras and attracted more costs. We always explain this before we commence work. We have taken further steps to contact you & offer you a part refund as a goodwill gesture but you have not been reachable. We deducted deposit from agreed amount. Please get in touch so we resolve amicably.
