Just excellent service from start to finish. Rory has such attention to detail and thrives on the satisfaction of his clients. I have used him for entrance locks , digi locks , magnetic door systems and other bits and pieces, he always delivers on time and on price. I would highly recommend Loki! He recently responded to a late-night emergency call when my door key broke in the lock. It was past midnight, but he was completely professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. He also cut me some new keys there and then, which was really useful. Rory picked up the request and agreed upon a time suitable for both parties. He quickly ascertained that the lock had deteriorated through use and was able to fit and test a replacement mechanism. We ordered additional keys which he provided on a second visit when he was able to check keys and lock were all functioning correctly. Throughout both visits he was professional and personable and would only take his leave having ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied with his work.
