Rory picked up the request and agreed upon a time suitable for both parties. He quickly ascertained that the lock had deteriorated through use and was able to fit and test a replacement mechanism. We ordered additional keys which he provided on a second visit when he was able to check keys and lock were all functioning correctly. Throughout both visits he was professional and personable and would only take his leave having ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. I would have no hesitation in calling on his services again.
