Polite and friendly call handler. Was able to expediate the call out time given I had to manage the school run, which was really helpful. Logical Heating & Plumbing Solutions recently helped us with a boiler repair. We'd been having problems with our hot water and central heating – which the engineer was able to diagnose and fix by installing a new diverter valve.
