Polite and friendly call handler. Was able to expediate the call out time given I had to manage the school run, which was really helpful. A plumber arrived and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and arrange for me to get a quote for the remedial work.

Easy to book an appointment, an estimate was given up front. Polite friendly plumber fitted a replacement kitchen tap for us, which was in an awkward location and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.
