The two members of staff (plumber and apprentice) were polite, efficient and communicated clearly. They explained what was required obtained the parts and cleared up afterwards. The work was satisfactorily completed within 90 minutes. Based on my experience, I would use your company again and recommend it to others.

I use LHPS as my go to company for any heating or plumbing issues, I have always found them both helpful and knowledgeable with reference to the issues for which I have had cause to use their services. In this particular case I used them to replace a shower unit and thanks to their advice I was able to make a substantial cost saving which is appreciated in these trying times. I always use them for annual inspections and I have recently advised my tenant to make them her first port of call with any plumbing or heating related issues.

After my boiler finally failed, LHPS provided a replacement very quickly and efficiently. From checking the old boiler on the Thursday and giving me a qiving me a reasobable quote the same day, they had the new one installed and working perfectly by Monday lunchtime. Their staff were pleasant and provided a great service. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
