Contacted us quickly and surveyed before providing a detailed quotation. Work has been completed....a builder who arrived an hour earlier than expected 👍 They discussed our requirements again and made excellent suggestions and cleared up after themselves. The waste is for us to dispose of but we had been advised. The new loft ladder is great...so much safer and we're really pleased.

From arranging the quote, scheduling the date and the work being completed it was plain sailing throughout. The lads who came were polite, friendly, clean and tidy. The stairway was covered and they hoovered when finished. The loft itself is amazing, good quality and is now ready to be put to good use. I was recommended by a friend who had their lift done, and I would highly recommend them too.

I engaged Lofty Solutions to supply and fit a loft ladder in my home. They were professional from start to finish. They did an excellent speedy job leaving the house pristine. The price was not the cheapest but was fair and I’m happy to pay a little more for the excellent service they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
