Despite a delay in the men arriving for the work, when they did come they worked quickly and efficiently. A qualified Electrician came at the same time to install a loft light , which was recommended, and is proving very useful. The men did a good job clearing the mess up afterwards, although they did apologise for having to borrow our vacuum cleaner as their's needed replacing! We are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and the loft hatch/ladder installed.

The company were fantastic with communication and the 3 lads who came to do the work pitched up on time, worked all day and left the place clean and tidy. They made sure they demonstrated how best to use the hatch for safety and ensured I was happy with the job before leaving. Competitive quite against other companies we had quote us and no hard sell. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. Initial survey done by Simon, he was very friendly and professional, explained the packages to me and after leaving the quote came through very quickly and was able to have the works done just a few days later. They arrived on time to do the work, again very friendly and professional. Works completed quickly and to a high standard and they gave me a demonstration before they left. Sharon has been great at communicating with me from initial enquiry through to fitting. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

The two workers were both polite explaining exactly what they would be doing and they completed the job efficiently leaving the space clean and tidy - could not have asked for a better result.
