10 Quick and efficient installed loft ladder and loft hatch

Quick and efficient. Dean came out to survey the loft ladder and loft hatch, measured up and quoted later that day. He came a few days later to take out the old loft ladder, construct a new longer loft hatch and fit the new metal loft ladder. A good job done. Dean is super friendly and informative. We were going to have one put in our original hatch but due to it's condition, Dean recommended a pre built one. It took a couple of weeks to order but was installed really quickly . Felt sorry for Dean has it was a super hot day and the attic was really warm bit he didn't complain.
