Very efficient, we are happy with the installation and the area was left clean and tidy

Dean did a brilliant job for us after being recommended by a friend. He was very professional and very easy to deal with . We are really pleased with our loft.

Dean was reliable, courteous, a great communicator and delivered what he promised he would to a high degree of accuracy and perfection. His pricing was competitive and in line with our budget and he delivered to that. Dean was tidy and put down carpet protector sheets which was appreciated. The waste was left on site which we have to now dispose of, which was the only downside. Overall, highly recommend Loft & Ladders UK.

First of all, very neat and tidy. Great attention to detail. Takes the time to work out the best fitment for looks and ergonomics. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. It was ‘Turn key’ and I didn’t need to follow up with anything. Thanks again Dean.

We found Dean on check-a-trade, he came and looked at our loft & gave us a quote & a date he could do the work. Dean was great with his advice & gave me a couple of options to consider. When it came to the work being done he was really polite & accommodating, he came in & got the job done, there was next to no mess left behind which was impressive given we had a new loft hatch put in. He did such a good job of the loft, it looks great & we couldn’t be more pleased. We actually asked if a bit more could be boarded whilst he was there & he was happy to do it for us. Highly recommended.

Dean was excellent from start to finish. Knowledgable about his trade and very friendly. Attended to quote for loft boarding with a ladder and light, giving us a few options about what he offered and what would be best for our situation. Carried out the work within a few weeks to a high standard. Very clean and tidy.
