Great communication and work

A new loft hatch was required where the existing was in the wrong place for some internal building alterations. The new siting was discussed with Dean who carefully surveyed the existing roof layout before coming up with a suggestion, that fitted in with the alterations. The flush fitting insulated loft hatch is completely unintrusive in the entrance hall/dining room and was fitted with minimal disruption. The existing loft ladder was re-utilised, and fixed into position as part of the works, the house left clean and tidy after.

Dean replied to my query quickly, came the same day and gave me a quote immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I felt very confident in accepting his quote and booking him for the job.

Really pleased with the loft ladder and boarding installed by Dean. He went over and above with bespoke modifications to suit the exact position of our ladder and hatch and the result is spot on. Great communication high quality workmanship and everything finished neatly . It’s made a huge difference to our storage space and would definitely recommend !
