Absolutely brilliant service even came out twice for a quote as we changed what we wanted and nothing was ever too much, really friendly and we are so happy with what it looks like has given us so much more storage in our house. From the request for a quote for the work to the fitting of the ladder the company has been so professional. The fitter was able to explain the job and was very happy to answer any of our questions. On the day he was friendly, thorough and also precise about keeping the area where he was working clean. He then demonstrated the opening and closing of the new hatch/ladder and gave us valuable tips on its safe use. We would be happy to recommend this company. 10 Loft installation

We were so thrilled with our loft door and ladder. Onder came for a visit, gave us an excellent quote, and the installation was booked in smoothly. When the day came, Chris and Fabian couldn’t have been more helpful, and installed the new ladder and loft door quickly and without making any mess. They then ran me through how to use it - all very straightforward. Onder was on hand for any questions throughout the process.
