I had a great experience dealing with Lofts & Ladders from start to finish. I’ve been renovating my house for a couple years so I’ve had various tradespeople in and this has been the best experience by far. From the initial quote to discussing packages, sorting out installation dates and the work being carried out, it was super smooth. Charlie and Ty arrived on time, had everything they needed, got all the boarding done, were very friendly and left no mess. Great communication and a very reasonable price. I’ve already recommended them to my friend who needs the same work done 👍

Charlie and Ty carried out my installation. They arrived early and used dust sheets. They were respectful of my home. They just got on with their work. I asked for a wooden ladder with an enlarged loft access. What I had previously was difficult to open and the ladder was not easy to climb. Really happy with the end result. The work was carried out professionally and the fitters made sure I could access the loft myself. Very happy with the work and would recommend.

Needed a loft ladder for my loft after putting up with a step ladder for 20 years. Contacted this company for a quote and they were very friendly and helpful. The price was also very competitive as well so we decided to go ahead. The installation was excellent. The guy discussed our best options before starting and got the job done quickly so minimum disruption.
