A superb service from start to finish. Both the surveyor and installer were polite, professional and very helpful, giving good advice on the best solution/product for my particular loft access hatch, and the quote was given to me during the survey visit, which was very reasonably priced, and I accepted, and the loft ladder was installed 2 days later, very neatly installed, and I am very pleased with it. An excellent company giving great service, thankyou, and I would thoroughly recommend them.

We recently had a new loft hatch and telescopic ladder installed by Loft and Ladders and were really impressed with the service. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone was friendly, professional, and informative from the initial quote to the installation. Everything was explained clearly by Josh, the work was done efficiently, and the area was left spotless. We’d happily recommend them!

Loft and ladders surveyor gave me a quotation which was very reasonable Very knowledgeable as I have a new build and need to conform to Building Regulations and keep my NHBC I had a package deal with 8/2 raising so my loft will not get condensation as the loft will breathe Thank you so much Josh for informing of this fact which I did not know

Called loft and ladder to quote a loft hatch and ladder instillation. Price was great so we booked in. The communication amazing, consistent, polite and clear throughout the process. The tradesmen were polite friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The hatch is great and they were honest and didn’t try to upsell Me to a more expensive option which I really happy about. Would definitely recommend. .
