Double glazed Front door lock sticking and over 2 year warranty with the Glazing company who gave me Callum’s number. Answered his phone and was extremely polite and professional. I’m out of the area but instead of charging me for a call out charge or just saying I was too far away he helped me over the phone. I sent a couple of videos of the mechanism and he was honest and told me the problem was the alignment of the door rather than the lock. It’s so rare these days to deal with a genuine tradesman who isn’t out to make a fast buck. Thank you so much Callum. Rang immediately. Gave suggestions to see if I could do it myself. When I rang back to say his suggestion hadn't worked he came within the hour. Fast, efficient, friendly.
