I recently used Lockwork 24-7 to change some locks and was really impressed with the service. Callum arrived promptly, was professional and polite throughout, and explained the process clearly. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard, with no mess left behind. Would definitely use this service again and definitely recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Callum enough for the friendly, efficient and thorough job he did today at my home. He came out very last minute to rectify damage left from a break-in and patiently explained the options available to me, including products with damage protection guarantees. The products he has installed are high quality and in keeping with existing door hardware. I am very pleased - thank you Callum.

Double glazed Front door lock sticking and over 2 year warranty with the Glazing company who gave me Callum’s number. Answered his phone and was extremely polite and professional. I’m out of the area but instead of charging me for a call out charge or just saying I was too far away he helped me over the phone. I sent a couple of videos of the mechanism and he was honest and told me the problem was the alignment of the door rather than the lock.
