  Fixed a broken locking mechanism on a patio door, replaced 2 window locks.

  Alex was great. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was familiar with the multi locking mechanism on my garden door and managed to repair the issues. While here I asked him if he might be able to fix 2 window locks. He was able to replace the locks and adjust the settings on the windows. He was polite, professional and very efficient. I felt I was in good hands.

  Efficient and super friendly/comfortable service

  I found myself in the rare case of losing my keys and needed entry into my home. Lock Tide had Alex give me assistance. He had a same day non-emergency slot appointment for me, came on time. He came, was super friendly and unlocked the old lock and installed the new one quickly and efficiently to my surprise. I would recommend anyone who needs assistance to utilise they're service always.
