Highly professional, found the best solution in a very efficient manner and short time. Am very satisfied and will definitely keep them in my back pocket, in case i ever need them. Stellar job on the technicians part, Alex gave me a lot of reassurance, that the job is really taken care of.

When I locked myself out of my flat which has a high security Banham key, Gabriel was quick to respond (came within 30 minutes on a Saturday). He was also incredibly fair and transparent, and gave me good advice instead of optimising for his own gain - which I appreciated since I’ve had other emergency locksmiths in the past who were unhelpful and overcharged me. I would recommend these guys!
