10 New alarm system installation

Locktec Security are a local business and very professional from quote to install. We had an aged system that was decommissioned and the replacement was installed in less than a day. Man arrived on time (took shoes off) installation took 90minutes explained how to change codes he was pleasant and polite. We did have a problem two days later when the alarm was activating intermittently on the Sunday. I emailed Julian in the hope he would pick up which he did and within 20 minutes James rang took me through the procedure how to reset the alarm (error due to old wiring). I found Locktec via the internet they were efficient in all aspects from the initial visit to installation they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them.Verified reviewerJob location: IG710 New alarm installation
