I contacted Locktec to fix our Alarm, but this turned out to an uneconomical repair. As they we so friendly and efficient we decided to have a new alarm system. They sent us a very detailed quote which we accepted, and their engineer Glen, came and fitted the Alarm and gave us clear and concise instructions on how to use it. We are very pleased with our Alarm and the service we've received from Locktec has been absolutely excellent - we would highly recommend them.

The engineer arrived promptly, and was very clean and tidy. He clearly explained how to use the new system, and went through all the paperwork he was leaving with me for it. I had chosen this company on recommendation by my neighbours, and am very happy with the work and backup support if needed.

Locktec Security are a local business and very professional from quote to install. We had an aged system that was decommissioned and the replacement was installed in less than a day. The alarm engineer was very knowledgeable and took time to explain how to best use the system once installed. 100% recommend using this company.

Man arrived on time (took shoes off) installation took 90minutes explained how to change codes he was pleasant and polite. We did have a problem two days later when the alarm was activating intermittently on the Sunday. I emailed Julian in the hope he would pick up which he did and within 20 minutes James rang took me through the procedure how to reset the alarm (error due to old wiring). I found Locktec via the internet they were efficient in all aspects from the initial visit to installation they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them.
