I have used Locktec Security for about 15/17 years for my home alarm system. They are always very helpful and professional and great to deal with. Debbie and her colleagues are efficient and very well organised. I recently had a new alarm system installed by Glen. He arrived early which is always appreciated and did a great job. The new system was installed with minimum fuss and mess and is a win, win! Thank you Team Locktec!

I have been very lucky to find locktec security system,spoke to Debbie who is very knowledgeable, offer good value for money and service. They have just upgraded my home alarm and set me up with the latest app to operate the system. They always provide excellent advice giving me peace of mind & thanks to Jack cook was very patient and helpful explaining the system & how the app works after installing the new system, highly recommend them no pushy sales ,just pure understanding of customer needs .many thanks Karim family

Debbie in sales and Glen during installation were expert and professional and above all friendly. I really enjoyed dealing with them at all stages. The alarm implementation itself was great and a minimum of fuss and appears to be working really well. I couldn't be more pleased.

Locktec changed all our batteries for us , phoned up Monday and Debbie in the office fixed a slot for the next day so quick ! Adam came and was quick and throughly explained the panel again to lock and unlock as I use my key fob! I had trouble with my app a couple of day later and Debbie got him to come and sort it for me the same day I phoned. So pleased with how quickly and efficient this company are. Highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have alarms, lights or cameras fitted and any other work they do.
