Jason was fantastic, communicated well arrived quickly, as the lock was broken wasn’t easy to unlock the door but he persevered and got there in the end. I called Locktech London at 8pm as our patio doors were stuck with something caught in the runner and couldn't close them. Jason was over within an hour and was excellent. He helped remove part of the frame and pull out the trickle vents which were stuck to fix the issue. Jason is much recommended - he was friendly, knowledgeable and was reasonably priced. Excellent service - responded immediately to my request; talked me through what needed to be done. Arrived punctually and fitted the new locks quickly. The price was fair they did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can't recommend them enough. Jason is a highly professional locksmith that I am most pleased to recommend. He was punctual, friendly and very helpful. The issue I believed I had with my door dead lock was actually one with the keys. Jason gave me very good advice, suggested a better key cutter than the nationwide high street outlet I had been using. Most reassuringly he did not try to sell me a new lock which I did not need.
