Jason was fantastic, communicated well arrived quickly, as the lock was broken wasn’t easy to unlock the door but he persevered and got there in the end. Couldn’t have asked for more, late at night as well, top man, top service! 10/10

I called Locktech London at 8pm as our patio doors were stuck with something caught in the runner and couldn't close them. Jason was over within an hour and was excellent. He helped remove part of the frame and pull out the trickle vents which were stuck to fix the issue. Jason is much recommended - he was friendly, knowledgeable and was reasonably priced. I'll definitely use him again if needed.

Excellent service - responded immediately to my request; talked me through what needed to be done. Arrived punctually and fitted the new locks quickly. The price was fair they did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can't recommend them enough. My only regret is I did not use them for my emergency lock replacement.

Jason is a highly professional locksmith that I am most pleased to recommend. He was punctual, friendly and very helpful. The issue I believed I had with my door dead lock was actually one with the keys. Jason gave me very good advice, suggested a better key cutter than the nationwide high street outlet I had been using. Most reassuringly he did not try to sell me a new lock which I did not need. So refreshing not to be ripped off! Thank you Jason.

Could not open our conservatory door, Jason released the locking mechanism, serviced lock and left in working order.

Jason was exceptional. I had key stuck in front door a recently fitted turn key lock. It turned out, it was a cheap lock, easily broken to break in and I had the same lock fitted in back door. Both were protruding nearly an inch. Jason was so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He fitted two new locks on the spot, explained how safe the new locks were and charged a very reasonable price. So great to see such an honest, knowledgeable and helpful tradesman. Thank you so much for such excellent service.
