    Trouble unlocking door on numerous occasions

    Matthew replied very quickly to my request for a locksmith. He arranged a visit within a couple of hours of my request. He found the problem straight away and explained exactly what needed doing. He happened to have the required part with him and fit it straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.

    First class professional service

    Lock Tech’s Matthew is an extremely professional and competent person. He responded promptly to my request for help to fix a defective window opening/locking mechanism. Because of the age of the existing mechanism there was considerable difficulty in sourcing a suitable replacement and the first replacement proved not to be suitable but Matthew persisted and found o mechanism that worked perfectly and even offered to visit and fit it over the Easter weekend. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew of Lock Tech to anyone requiring professional support with window/ door locking mechanisms.
