Answered the phone promptly and courteously. Gave a very reasonable quotation for coming out late Friday evening to change lock after a break in. Kept me informed of his eta. Had a professional approach at all times and completed the job well. He went the extra mile with care, attention to detail and kindness. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, Matthew came out straight away when our door broke at bed time on, he worked until nearly midnight making sure we got sorted and the lock has held great. Reasonably priced too, can't fault him.

Matthew provided a quote straight away and responded to my queries, he came out, measured the lock, obtained a new one fitted it and provided 6 keys all at the agreed price. Oh and he is a very nice guy, would I recommend him? Yes unequivocally.
