  Wayne replied very quickly when I contacted him. He sorted our problem out promptly. He even tried to explain to us what we needed to do to fix the door handle ourselves. Unfortunately we couldn't do it, luckily we choose Wayne and he fixed it for us at a reasonable cost.

  Fantastic service

  Very impressed by the speed and help that Wayne provided. We were unable to open our front door and needed to urgently get it open. I sent out a message on Checkatrade early in the morning and received a very rapid response. After sharing a couple of messages the problem was quickly resolved. I certainly know where to come if any locksmith needs in the future.

  Reliable, quick and friendly

  Wayne is reliable, friendly and efficient. It was a difficult situation with an elderly family member who had lost their keys and wasn't keen on anyone coming in. Wayne was respectful, professional, friendly and dealt with it all with a light humour and kind demeanor. Great service, would highly recommend.

  Submitted request with Checkatrade on the Saturday, received a reply from this company on the Sunday and the job was completed Monday morning even though it wasn’t an emergency. I would highly recommend Lock Solutions. New lock fitted and the closing mechanism adjusted so that now the door closes and locks better than it has ever done. Wayne was prompt, polite and professional and it was a pleasure to meet a true gentleman.
