Nearly made a very big error by using a dodgy company. Fortunately, I got hold of Wayne who had actually been recommended by friends. He came out and without any fuss or bother got us back into our home. We live on the outskirts of Maidenhead, he had a job to finish but he was with us within 40 mins. Our dog had pulled the night catch down from the inside so even though I had the key I couldn’t get in. Wayne had the correct tools for the job and had the door open in 5 mins. He is also a thoroughly decent chap, trustworthy and worth the cost of calling him out.

Wayne was excellent. We had a broken lock on our front door so needed to order a part due to the age of the door. Wayne returned to fix the lock and did an excellent job. Friendly, tidy and explained everything that he did. Good price as well. Highly recommended and will use again.
