The key broke in the lock on a Sunday morning - the worst time you can imagine. fortunately Wayne came to the rescue quickly, sorted out the lock and a new key. This is the second time we have used Lock Solutions and in both cases, we have had great service.

Stupidly managed to lock myself out of garage with key on inside of lock. Telephoned Wayne on Saturday morning who kept in touch by tel until he came out in the afternoon. He had already warned that lock would need to be drilled out and despite cylinder being longer than normal he persevered and managed to get door open with a new lock fitted. Very knowledgeable and efficient would definitely recommend. Even offered to help us move a fridge and freezer.
