I was contacted quickly with an appointment made for the following day. Part of the job required the fitting of a new part and I was contacted the day after the initial visit to see if it was convenient for me to have it fitted that day. So the whole job was completed quite quickly and satisfactorily. Additionally some tweaks were made to the locks of two outside doors to the back of of the house which I appreciated.
