Ivo, the locksmith, was on time and quickly identified the problem with the door lock. He replaced the door lock and made sure the plate fitted. He was finished very quickly and I am very pleased that the door can be locked now. Thank you so much.

I contacted Ivo at 8.30 am and it was fixed by 9.30 am. .You can't get better than that. Not only was it fixed, the door closed and locked far better than before even when it was new.

We were locked out and called several numbers before Ivo with no luck. He answered and was with us within 30 mins. He found the right way in and replaced the lock within minutes, also advising on additional measures were could take in future. Would totally recommend, he was great.
