John came quickly when I called him out and assessed the problem. He needed to order a new lock but fitted a temporary one, which he had in his van, in the meantime, to keep my house secure until it arrived. He kept me informed as to when it arrived and promptly came and fitted it at a time that suited me, all for a very reasonable price. Appointment made following initial telephone call. 4 hour slot given and engineer arrived towards the end of this period. Engineer quickly found out what was wrong and put it right.
