Great professional. Had to fix something that someone else had installed incorrectly. No one likes this type of work but John assessed the situation very quickly and got to work telling me not to worry and that he would fix it. John was very accommodating at fitting me in as soon as he could that day. I was especially grateful as my dog was trapped inside. He was efficient, calm and friendly. He didn’t try to overcharge or sell me anything else unnecessarily and said if I had any further trouble he would source the part for me as it is an old style door.
