John was incredibly helpful. He answered our call and query with efficiency and arranged to see us the following day to try and resolve our issue. John came quickly when I called him out and assessed the problem. He needed to order a new lock but fitted a temporary one, which he had in his van, in the meantime, to keep my house secure until it arrived. He kept me informed as to when it arrived and promptly came and fitted it at a time that suited me, all for a very reasonable price.
