Very good. Come on time. Quickly changed the locks.

John was incredibly helpful. He answered our call and query with efficiency and arranged to see us the following day to try and resolve our issue. While on site he was polite, knowledgeable, reassuring and respectful - he also identified the issue and resolved it quickly giving us peace of mind that it won’t happen again!

Can’t recommend John enough. He replaced the lock for an elderly neighbour and also repaired the lock on my mum’s back door, all at short notice. Reliable and trustworthy

John came quickly when I called him out and assessed the problem. He needed to order a new lock but fitted a temporary one, which he had in his van, in the meantime, to keep my house secure until it arrived. He kept me informed as to when it arrived and promptly came and fitted it at a time that suited me, all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him
