  Darren was very efficient and patient on our request. He introduced himself on arrival, listened well to our request before suggesting how he would go about resolving the issue along with suggesting on how to improve from a standard lock. There was no pressure to take his suggestions and he was very courteous and understanding of our needs. Once we'd decided, he went about installing efficiently, walked us through each step whilst doing a proper solid job of making everything worked perfectly. A true professional, who is passionate about his craftsmanship along with excellent customer service.
