I would highly recommend Darren. He was extremely professional from start to finish. When he arrived, he showed me his licence card, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a genuine professional. He explained what he was doing at every stage and talked me through the different options before carrying out any work, rather than just going ahead without explaining. He was also completely upfront about the cost and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Really friendly, professional and trustworthy service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Darren again

I must have got a call from Darren within a minute of putting the job on check a trade! He was here maybe 30 minutes later (and on a bank holiday) for a non emergency job. He explained what had happened to the lock, what he was doing to replace it, went above and beyond to fix extra things in the handle as he went. He also sorted straightening the back door so it shut properly for us at the same time (which after living with a wonky door for 5 years is a massive relief!) Super fast, really friendly, gave costs up front and that’s exactly what we paid. High recommend! Thank you Darren.

After my key snapped within the lock Saturday night, Darren responded quickly to the job post on Checkatrade and was on site the next morning! Works were completed swiftly to a very high standard, with Darren re-visiting with additional keys 2-days later as requested. Excellent local locksmith who I'd highly recommend.
