Brilliant, professional service. Darren was at my house within 15 minutes and quickly resolved the issue. He didn't try to upsell his services. Highly recommend!

Darren was superb! came at short notice and repaired a faulty lock on the conservatory door. He quickly found the fault and showed us the broken part before replacing. He even serviced the other door locks so all work perfectly and smoothly now. He was prompt, tidy and expert - would definitely recommend. Thanks Darren!

Darren was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Told me when he could come, fixed one lock straight off and didn't even want to charge for it. Replaced the other locks, one of which was quite a faff, but he was quick, efficient kept me informed of what and why he was doing with each bit, and I know finally feel secure in my house for the first time in months! Friendly, knowledgeable, open, honest. Any future lock problems I'll be going straight to him. Thank you, Darren!

Absolutely superb service from Darren. I logged our emergancy lockout and Darren contacted me within minutes. He attended as soon as he'd finished another emergancy job and got us back into the house really quickly with replacing a new lock. Unfortunately there appeared to be an issue with the lock on the inside after Darren left so we called him and he came straight back out and replaced the lock free of charge. Darren was so friendly and helpful..even giving us tips with our lock. Without doubt we'd use Darren again and we'd 100% recommend him for any locksmith work. Thanks again Darren!
