10 Front Door Lock Faulty

Our front door jammed and we couldn't open it, I contacted Alan and he came out the next morning and was able to open the door without any damage, he adjusted the door and sorted out the lock mechanism and the door is just a new door now.Verified reviewerJob location: BH17 - AAnonymous

Prompt and professional service, with an explanation of what had happened to the lock. He suggested new lock barrel as the lock protruded on the outside and was a potential risk for burglary , so took advice and had new better fitting lock.
