Great service, quick to respond and very knowledgeable

Our front door jammed and we couldn't open it, I contacted Alan and he came out the next morning and was able to open the door without any damage, he adjusted the door and sorted out the lock mechanism and the door is just a new door now.

Prompt and professional service, with an explanation of what had happened to the lock. He suggested new lock barrel as the lock protruded on the outside and was a potential risk for burglary , so took advice and had new better fitting lock. Very pleased with service.

Very helpful person advising and a fair quote given. Yet to take them up on offer but only due to lack of decision regarding doing job.

Finding that I could not shut my back door or lock it Alan came and temporarily secured the lock and made it safe and secure. It was an old lock so he had to order it. The next morning he rang at 9.30 to say he had the new internal workings for the lock and by 10.30 it was fitted and working. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and did a very good job
