My front door would not open/close and only part of the locking system would work. Alan was excellent, attended promptly, was very knowledgeable and clear on the pricing, had the right parts, demonstrated excellent skills and went what I would consider above and beyond to fix a larger problem with the door rather than just the potential quick fix to the lock. I will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

We had 4 new door handles and 5 locks changed. We have recently moved to our property and were given lots of useful imformation regarding security. Very friendly and quick service at a fair price.

I had a broken lock on my garden cabin and could not get in. Although it was not an urgent repair Alan came around promptly. He opened the door, repaired the bolt and and fitted a new lock. I phoned Alan on behalf of an elderly neighbor who had lost her handbag with her keys and credit cards . She couldn’t get into her bungalow. He agreed to come to Broadstone and get her in and put a new lock in . He came as soon as possible and got her inside and replaced the lock . It took him less than an hour . Very efficient . Left her with 5 spare keys and a smile . Thank you so much for helping her .

Alan explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different options clearly, and indicated the price for each option. he arranged to come very promptly, fitted the new lock and left everything very clean and tidy.
