  Ben was brilliant when trying to book in an appointment for changing our locks. He was able to book us in quickly and for a time that worked best for us. Nathan was polite and friendly and got the locks changed quickly and efficiently while also taking the time to explain everything.

  I was locked out and the engineer came out within 15 minutes to get me back in. He was back in my house within 1 minute and upgraded our lock to high security. Very good service, I would highly recommended.
