When the locksmith turned up he told me that the locks are no longer manufactured and he needed to fit a temporary lock at a price of £175 if a lock couldn't be found we would need to replace the French doors I refused this and phoned another locksmith who sent out their own locksmith who replaced the lock for £140 in 15 minutes a call out fee was paid to the lockguard locksmith who was clueless, had no idea what he was doing other than wanting to charge money for a tempory fix and then come back and charge again on the invoice for the call out he only put his initials as CE who charge £106

Excellent service, came out within 30 minutes of a call and gained entry effectively. Will use again.

Ben was brilliant when trying to book in an appointment for changing our locks. He was able to book us in quickly and for a time that worked best for us. Nathan was polite and friendly and got the locks changed quickly and efficiently while also taking the time to explain everything.
