  Replacement front door handle, lock and realignment

  Marcus was very efficient and attended on his way to another job to initially replace the broken handle. He then came back a few days later to replace the lock and realign the door. Excellent service and job well done.

  Replacement lock for new home purchase

  Having recently bought a property I needed the locks changed on the front door. Marcus quickly responded to my enquiry and gave me a good eta so I could ensure I was at the property. He was professional and friendly and his price was as expected and reasonable. He inspired confidence in his work and even inspected the door mechanism to ensure all was in working order. The work carried out was neat and tidy and he used high quality locks in his replacement for me.

  Lock fitting and door realignment

  Marcus was superb; he fitted a new lock for me after mine had completely broken, leaving me with no way to lock the door. He responded quickly to my message and offered to come and fix the lock that same day. Upon doing so, Marcus also noticed that the door was out of alignment and becoming jammed, and he also fixed this for me. It made such a difference. I found Marcus to be friendly and full of professionalism and would recommend him 100%.
