excellent experience, Marcus came round within a few days (non-emergency job), identifed the problem, talked me through it and fixed it within a couple of hours (including nipping out for replacement parts). reasonably priced and really nice bloke. a couple of weeks later came out again to a more urgent job when my door decided not to close. was here within an hour and fixed it within 5 minutes. made time despite being on his way to another job at the time of the call.

Marcus was very efficient and attended on his way to another job to initially replace the broken handle. He then came back a few days later to replace the lock and realign the door. Excellent service and job well done.

He was professional and friendly and his price was as expected and reasonable. He inspired confidence in his work and even inspected the door mechanism to ensure all was in working order. The work carried out was neat and tidy and he used high quality locks in his replacement for me.
