    Marcus returned my call the same day. I explained the problem and he explained what the issue was and was able to sort it the same day. He was very genuine explaining what needed to be done before doing anything. I would certainly recommend and use him again.

    Front door lock

    I was having a problem with my front door lock. When I contacted Marcus he replied quickly. Arrive on time. He was very polite friendly explained everything he was trying to repair lock. But I ended up needing a new gear box because of a intermittent fault, which he he had in stock. I was that happy with his srevice I asked him to replace a broken bathroom handle while he was here which he did.

    Very professional and friendly service

    Marcus came round on the same day we called to replace our front door lock. He explained everything he was proposing to do so we understood exactly what we were getting. It is a much more secure solution and the work was completed very quickly. Marcus was also very friendly and relatable.

    Excellent service

    Marcus came out the same day for us, was friendly and helpful in explaining what had happened to our lock and got us a new one fitted and replaced quickly. He also checked out others doors as I expressed we had the same locks on there to make sure they were all working as they should. Would highly recommend.
