  I’ve just used Ross @Lockforce Locksmith to fit a new side door lock, the work was all done, along with some additional work, in a timely and efficient manner

  Handle repair to front door and realignment

  Ross came to replace our front door handle which had come loose late Sunday evening. I enquired right away on Sunday and he was able to fit us in Monday afternoon. Ross had a solution straight away and the work was carried out quickly to replace the handle, which he thankfully had stock of a very similar style. He also readjusted areas in the frame itself where the lock wasn’t aligning properly which was all included in the price quoted when he arrived. Really happy, thanks again Ross.

  AI locksmith amazing

  Fantastic service here in Oxford! They did an amazing job setting up my new AI smart lock. Not only are they highly skilled with the latest lock technology, but they are also an incredibly nice and genuine person. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommended!

  We use Ross regularly for our airbnb in Oxford, locks are a priority for us as any problems with guests getting into the property are a nightmare. He has always provided us with excellent solutions, first class work and what's more he responds and attends promptly. Highly recommended.

  Window mechanism fixed and replaced

  I was very impressed with the work that Ross completed for me. He opened my window that had a broken mechanism and replaced the mechanism. The job was done efficiently and carefully. Ross also offered clear feedback about what happened to the window and payment was very simple. I will definitely use Lockforce again in the future.

  Smart Lock installation/upgrade

  I would highly recommend Ross. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he took the time to answer my questions and offer honest advice. Once my new smart lock arrived, he fitted it the very next day, which was much appreciated and showed great flexibility. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly. Friendly, professional and reliable service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ross again.
