    Replace lock in our front door that involved some chiserling to make new lock fit

    Ross was brilliant, friendly and efficient from the very begining. He was great at replying to my queries and offering advice giving us choices and even saved us money. Arrived at appointment on time, noticed job would involve abit of adjusting the door but he was happy to do. Job was finished quickly, and so professional leaving everything clean. Highly recommend Ross

    Gain access to a jammed lock and replace the lock

    Ross provided an excellent service throughout. We had a discussion to understand the situation upfront and afterwards he was very responsive and timely in completely the job. As I was not present at the time he provided photos and videos which were very helpful

    The service we received was excellent after a key snapped in a Yale lock. Ross came out immediately on Xmas Eve, was most courteous and sorted the problem out efficiently. We are extremely grateful to him.
