My 90 year old mother’s back door lock failed. I called Ross at 12:30 Friday afternoon and he advised he would be there by 15:00 as he was on another job. He arrived on time. Inspecting the lock, it was the internal mechanism which had failed which was probably 40 years old. He didn’t have a replacement, but would order one. He made the door secure and said he’d be back on Tuesday to complete the job. Ross arrived on Tuesday and then completed the job. I can’t praise Ross highly enough. Fast, efficient, kept to agreed times and did a fantastic job. I’ve already recommended him to friends.

Good Service, came on time and got right to work, a tricky job but completed in a timely fashion with minimal disruption and no mess. Price was within quoted price bracket - very happy with the work - definitely recommend 👍🏽y
