Arrived at appointment on time, noticed job would involve abit of adjusting the door but he was happy to do. Job was finished quickly, and so professional leaving everything clean. Ross provided an excellent service throughout. We had a discussion to understand the situation upfront and afterwards he was very responsive and timely in completely the job. As I was not present at the time he provided photos and videos which were very helpful
