    Trustworthy and prompt

    John came round within 24 hours to fix a broken front door lock and was excellent from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it promptly with new parts. We chose to have more work done at the time, replacing the handle and barrel after John talked us through what was wrong and what he was doing. There was never any pressure to spend more than needed. Calm, professional, and genuinely reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

    John repaired our front door when the lock broke. He was friendly, helpful and explained the problems clearly as well as being reasonably priced. His communication was great and he arrived bang on time. We'd happily use him again.
