John replied to my initial enquiry really quickly and arranged to come out the following day. He came exactly as arranged and diagnosed the fault straight away. He gave me a couple of options to fix the problem: a failed multi-point lock gearbox. John ordered a new lock and he came back and fitted it within a few days. He adjusted the keeps and latch plate to ensure the newly fitted lock works very nicely. John is a very friendly, reliable and genuine guy and I'd not hesitate to have him back for any other lock work I might need in future.

John was super friendly and helpful, ran me through all the repairs as he was going. Supremely dog friendly too, which is always a plus.

I messaged lockforce at around 7pm on a Friday night after moving into a new property. John offered to attend at 10am the next morning to discuss my options. He arrived on time and due to his excellent stock on the van had resolved our problem promptly. Would absolutely recommend this company, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Emailed John at lockforce yesterday afternoon regarding my (85 year old) mothers lock problems. John called me within an hour and was at the house carrying out the work within 30mins (corroded internals). New lock fitted quickly, no fuss and at a very reasonable price. Happy with the work and service and my Mother described John as a "very nice man"

Front door would not open messaged John late at night and he replied within a short while to arrange to come out the following day. He was extremely efficient and fixed the door quickly. Would highly recommend
