  Marcus contacted us & got us booked in for the next working day after we sent the job request to him. On the day, he turned up on time, was friendly and professional, explaining what the issue was and how he would fix it, cost was reasonable and we were informed before going ahead. Fantastic service, we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Marcus again!

  Lock change

  I had to have the lock changed to my property as 2 unknown individuals took a key safe off the wall during the early hours of this morning. I received a call from Marcus from Lockforce. After explaining what had happened he came out immediately. I felt confident about his work and knowledge. He did not apply a call out fee even though it’s a bank holiday weekend. I would strongly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again in the future

  new lock on front door

  communication was quick and clear. Marcus was helpful and sorted a day and time with my tenant directly with them. once all the work was completed my invoice was emailed and all sorted in good time.

  Called for a quote, was initally unsure of lock names but Marcus cleared it up with a free call out. Work was completed professionally and provided advice for future-proofing. Would definitely recommend these services again! Thank you Marcus.

  Excellent service

  Marcus arrived promptly, found the lock was working perfectly but the door was not properly aligned. He worked hard to ensure everything was working perfectly. An excellent job done by a very polite young man.
