    I had been struggling for months with a door that no one seemed able to fix properly. I tried several locksmiths I found online, but either they were unprofessional or just slow and ineffective. Then I found Marcus. He arrived in 20 minutes, no nonsense, and immediately diagnosed the issue with total professionalism. He fixed my door quickly and perfectly. I’m extremely satisfied, the price was fair, and Marcus finally resolved a problem that had been bothering me for ages. He’s truly fantastic!

    Fixing stuck back door and fully replacing runners and broken handle

    Marcus was absolutely fantastic, arrived right on time and was friendly, professional and did an amazing job fixing our door. He took the time to explain what issues he found and how to get them fixed. At every stage he advised on what would happen next and was clear about costs, but the amazing work he provided speaks for itself. If we ever have a problem again we would be calling on Lock Force to help us out!

    Marcus contacted us & got us booked in for the next working day after we sent the job request to him. On the day, he turned up on time, was friendly and professional, explaining what the issue was and how he would fix it, cost was reasonable and we were informed before going ahead. Fantastic service, we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Marcus again!

    Lock change

    I had to have the lock changed to my property as 2 unknown individuals took a key safe off the wall during the early hours of this morning. I received a call from Marcus from Lockforce. After explaining what had happened he came out immediately. I felt confident about his work and knowledge. He did not apply a call out fee even though it’s a bank holiday weekend. I would strongly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again in the future

    new lock on front door

    communication was quick and clear. Marcus was helpful and sorted a day and time with my tenant directly with them. once all the work was completed my invoice was emailed and all sorted in good time.
