    Very prompt response. Came out within 2 hours. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Found the problem quickly & replaced the mechanism. Much cheaper than all the others that quoted. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

    Brilliant, punctual and friendly service from Lee. Gained access to the workshop after the lock failed, full explanation to the process, replaced the lock with no damage all for a fair price.

    Front door lock needed replacing due to not locking securely. Lock and fittings replaced inc handle

    Lee was very helpful, came out and looked at lock prior to committing to the job. Explained that it might be difficult to source replacement due to door lock not being manufactured any more. Lee persevered and was able to source a suitable replacement, the whole time keeping us informed of his progress and costs. Lee was able to fit the lock at a time that was suitable for us and ensured everything worked as it should and cleaned up after himself prior to leaving
