Lee was very helpful, came out and looked at lock prior to committing to the job. Explained that it might be difficult to source replacement due to door lock not being manufactured any more. Lee persevered and was able to source a suitable replacement, the whole time keeping us informed of his progress and costs. Lee was able to fit the lock at a time that was suitable for us and ensured everything worked as it should and cleaned up after himself prior to leaving

Contacted Lee at Lockforce regarding a double glazed door that wouldn’t lock and a front door lock that was hard to get a key in. Lee came out the same day I contacted him, did a great job, and both locks are now working perfectly. Great communication and great service. Highly recommend.
