Lee was very polite and punctual. He got the door open non-destructively and fixed the 2 parts of the locking mechanism causing the problem. It wasn't a quick or easy task but Lee persevered and the door locks and unlocks smoothly once again. He was brilliant and I'd call on his services again if the need arose.

Very prompt response. Came out within 2 hours. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Found the problem quickly & replaced the mechanism. Much cheaper than all the others that quoted. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
