We asked Carl to come back to fit new locks to our back doors, as he'd done an amazing job with the front door a few years ago. He turned up when he said he would, gave great advice and did the work to a really high standard. It only took a few minutes of Carl arriving for me to have complete confidence in him. He assessed the problem and went through how he would fix it. He also took me through another issue that had bothered me, the doors not quite flush with the doorframe. I could see the time, attention and workmanship Carl applied to fixing the problem.
