It only took a few minutes of Carl arriving for me to have complete confidence in him. He assessed the problem and went through how he would fix it. He also took me through another issue that had bothered me, the doors not quite flush with the doorframe. I could see the time, attention and workmanship Carl applied to fixing the problem. Job location: LS25Brilliant experience. Carl came within a couple of days, and helped sort our broken lock. He even spent extra time, for free, lining the door up and improving the hinges so that the lock won’t break in the future. He explained the process throughout. Also his communication is absolutely excellent, he let us know when he would be with us and even shared his live location when he was on his way.
