  Great locksmith

  Carl came out today to change the locks at our new house. He was absolutely great - talked me through the different options, and installed the locks very quickly and expertly. He even adjusted one of the doors to help it to close better! Very punctual, polite, and skilled so couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

  Broken lock - locked door

  Phoned Carl in the morning as our front door had locked shut and we couldn’t open it. Having 3 kids and a dog meant it was really awkward using the back door so Carl said he would be there later that afternoon. Carl was very polite, courteous and professional. He talked me through the whole process and what needed to be done. It was advised to update our lock mechanism to a more robust and superior one. Quote was given there and then and the work was completed that very same day! We’re really happy with the work done and he even adjusted the door to ensured it was working better than ever!

  Broken lock, and new lock

  Exceeded expectations. We had a non-urgent job, however Carl responded within a couple of hours and came round the next day. He had a look, quoted and sorted everything there and then without the need for a second visit. Carl clearly knows his stuff, was very focused on the work, and explained to us what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us complimentary key fobs and a very useful tube lubricant for the locks. Couldn't be better.

  Door lock jamming

  I had a great experience with Lockforce who came out today. Carl was very helpful and friendly, quickly identified the issue, and got it fixed in no time. The service was professional, and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated how efficient and approachable Carl was — would definitely recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

  Lock replacement

  Carl was such a great help. He visited for an in person, no obligation quote and explained what the issue was. And he had quick availability to fix the issue. He was respectful of our property which I appreciated and had great communication! Thank you again Carl!

  Issues with lock on door

  Contacted Lockforce due to issue with my door lock, they attended my home promptly, Carl was very polite, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. The issues were fixed within the timeframe stated. I would recommend! Thank you for your assistance.
