    A Highly Competent and Friendly Professional

    It only took a few minutes of Carl arriving for me to have complete confidence in him. He assessed the problem and went through how he would fix it. He also took me through another issue that had bothered me, the doors not quite flush with the doorframe. I could see the time, attention and workmanship Carl applied to fixing the problem. He is a friendly guy who explains everything and didn’t rush the job at all. I would highly recommend him!

    Carl was absolutely brilliant. I called and Carl was able to visit the same day. Great service, completed really quickly and Carl is really friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent Work

    Brilliant experience. Carl came within a couple of days, and helped sort our broken lock. He even spent extra time, for free, lining the door up and improving the hinges so that the lock won’t break in the future. He explained the process throughout. Also his communication is absolutely excellent, he let us know when he would be with us and even shared his live location when he was on his way. Thanks Carl, will absolutely use your services again if needed.

    Super quick and excellent lock replacement

    Carl came out to have a look at a lock that was spinning in place, he was able to come out on short notice and completed the work the same day to a very high standard, explaining everything as he went and even realigned the door
