We have a very vulnerable wheelchair bound tenant in the property which meant that when the door would not unlock this was a very serious issue. Carl understood the problem and the seriousness of the issue and jumped on it. Problem fully repaired in just a few hours. Both the tenant and I could not thank Carl enough, would recommend to anyone.

Carl was extreemly profeccsional and friendly, Attended on time and let me know in advance when he was almost at the address. Very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my issue by replacing two dammaged locks. Carl went the extra mile to fix some dammage to two doors and adjusted another at no extra cost to me. Carl also provided sound advise saving me money. Can not find fault with anything by Carl at Lockforce Leeds. From start to finish he was amazing and professional on all levels. Carl explained everything that he was doing, from cleaning the mechanism, fitting the new lock and realignment of the locking mechanism. 100% satisfaction from me!!!
