    Lock Replacement

    I was seeking door lock replacement after buying a house. Carl responded quickly and offered a free visit to measure my doors. Carl was flexible around my working hours and gave me a time slot, confirming on the day. He was friendly, professional, and explained lock options without pushing pricier choices. He replaced my front and French door locks and also the handles (at my request as they were showing signs of wear). He adjusted my French door alignment and fixed a hinge cap at no extra cost. Carl’s honesty, fair pricing, and professionalism made it a pleasure to have him do the work.
