The worker was a clean and reliable man. He kept good communication, so I was informed of any difficulty he had so I was not kept hanging about. Tom was absolutely brilliant to deal with. He talked me through what I needed to know before fitting a high tech smart lock for my mum. On the day of the installation he went the extra mile to go and find a missing part and kept us informed throughout the process. I can't recommend him enough. Lovely to deal with and did a great job. I contacted Tom because I’d just moved into a new property and wanted all the locks changing. Tom was great from initial contact to job completion. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
