Front door key lock in external cylinder. Nathaniel sorted the issue. He attempted to fix without removing anything but then had to remove handles to get to the cylinder which fell apart. Replaced with temporary until replacement from ultion received. He was very helpful and patient while I was calling ultion.

couldn't lock and unlock out front door so we called up and they came out within the hour, great communication and explained our situation very well. we ended up needing a new lock for our front door, was fitted and all sorted. very friendly and would recommend. 10/10 thank you so much
