    Correct non-functioning lock and fit a new lock to another door.

    James responded promptly to my evening call for assistance and came to perform the corrective work at the time agreed. The supply and fitting of a new lock to another door was completed with equal efficiency; James even came out to do the work when I telephone to ask when he was coming, I having forgotten that we had arranged for the work to be done on a different day. He was friendly and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this service.

    Changed front door lock

    James was brilliant, answered all my questions gave me a quote and came and changed my locks 2 days later (wasn’t an emergency). On time and very efficient, explained to me the level of safety and I also received 5 keys. I struggle allowing people into my home but James was lovely and got the job done quicker than I was expecting. Thank you very much!
