James was very friendly, came next day and on time. Very efficient service, lock changed as I had lost my keys. Would definitely use James again for any lock issues.

I found the communication requesting a quote to carry out the work required and booking a time slot very efficient. I contacted on Saturday and was booked in for Monday at a time that suited.
