    Malfunctioning door lock removal and replacement.

    Arrived home after a night out and was unable to open my front door. I googled Lockforce and Brian arrived promptly. Eventually, he was able to remove the offending door lock with minimum damage and noise. He talked me through the whole process as he worked hard to solve the problem. I was very happy to be able to enter my property. The next day he returned with a brand new lock which he skilfully applied. I am very grateful to him.

    Unlike some of the other companies that came up, when we phoned, the phone was answered. Some other numbers went straight to voicemail - not great when you're feeling stressed out because it's late at night and you can't get into your home. Brian was polite, arrived sooner than he estimated and he unlocked the door in a matter of seconds. £125 is an awful lot of money to have to pay out but it was a relief to be back in my home.

    Couldn't unlock front door

    I couldn't unlock my flat door and was recommended to call Brian by another locksmith who couldn’t attend. Brian got to my flat quite quickly and did all he could to release the lock to reduce the impact on my door (and my pocket!) as he could but it wasn't budging. He drilled it which released the lever and fitted a new lock which was quite fiddly but he got there and filled in the drilled hole and the surrounding of the strike plate to a very satisfactory standard. Excellent, professional and friendly service provided by Brian which I'd have no doubts of recommending.
